Dior vintage Boucle & feathered turban from late 50s. Some vintage pieces impress sure, particularly for the stellar craftsmanship from a bygone era. But once every blue moon, there’s an archival piece that really takes your breath away. This is the case for this stunning late 1950s Christian Dior Chapeaux turban. With a frothy Boucle underlay, this dreamy hat is delicately wrapped by painterly feathers in pastel hues of pinks & yellows. It’s covered with gold tinted netting speckled with tiny glistening multi-colored sequins. Such a magical artifact that can transport you to another moment in time. No size. Circumference of inner brand est: 22.8″ In very good vintage condition. No visible flaws , damages or signs of alternations. Light wear & minor discoloration.consistent with age. Note this piece is over half a century old, she’s in great shape but pls take that into account before purchase.
